Make sure that you ask the questions posed above, because some scanning companies can overcharge you. In other words they would not tell you, for example, that your files do not need to be cropped or that it needs sorting. You do have to remember, however, that this is a time-consuming job as each of these are individual pieces and have to be scanned one at a time. That is what would make it costly.
